    Scripps, Nexstar Bounce Back Into Holiday Weekend

    Broadcast TV companies enjoyed a mid-afternoon rebound on Wall Street Friday, with  The E.W. Scripps Co.  and  Nexstar Media Group  each enjoy upward momentum as investors eyed the Closing Bell and the Labor Day weekend. As of 1:53pm Eastern, NXST shares were up 2.8%, to $61.88. However, volume was lower than average, reflecting the pre-holiday activity in the U.S.
