Location: Work At Home Enrollment Data Specialist The Enrollment Data Specialist will serve both our Student Search and CRM departments. You’ll report to the Director of Data Strategy & Analytics, and work closely with the Enrollment Data Strategist, Data Systems Manager, Search Project Managers, Search Implementation Managers, and CRM Implementation Managers. For Student Search, responsibilities will include: Coordinating campaign data reporting Preparing Search campaign data for analysis List building, quality assurance testing, and list acquisition Processing client data Supporting Search implementation managers With regard to CRM, responsibilities will include: Assisting with the data processing, cleansing, and tagging of institutional client data Supporting CRM implementation managers The Enrollment Data Specialist will be expected to quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of the functionality of CRM system, à la carte software offerings, as well as the company’s internal data processing tools, and the interfaces of major list vendors.
